Expressing your gratitude helps WCMH celebrate our dedicated team and the difference they make every day.
Why Thank-Yous Matter
- Patients and families often remark how meaningful it is to let our caregivers know they’re appreciated.
- Thank‐you notes, cards, or gifts (within policy) help foster a positive culture of recognition.
- Especially when a staff member, department or volunteer has made your experience better — your words can make a big difference.
Ways to Say “Thank You”
- Send a note or card to the staff member or department.
- Share your story or experience with us — we may highlight it in our newsletter or on our website.
- Consider a “Gift of Gratitude” (via the Foundation’s giving page) honouring a caregiver or team you’d like to recognize.
- For families who want to support the hospital further, pairing a thank-you with a gift or memorial is a meaningful option.
