• Have your insurance information, medical history regarding digestive concerns, and preferred appointment times ready.
• If you are being referred by a primary care provider, have any referral or test results available.

• We accept most major insurance plans.
• For self-pay or uninsured patients, payment arrangements are available.
• Bring your insurance card and photo ID to your appointment.

• If you experience severe or acute GI symptoms (such as bleeding, severe pain, or vomiting), seek care immediately through the Emergency Room or call 911.
